HATZIS WATER SKI PARADISE IS LOCATED IN ALIARTOS, 100KM FROM THE CENTRE OF ATHENS, JUST 45 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE NORTHERN SUBURBS.
Just 1 km away from Aliartos you can find what has been missing from Greece, the only water skiing school where you can practice in fresh water. A place of unrivalled beauty proper for learning water skiing and breaking records as the quality and the status of the water always is ideal for this exciting sport.
You can travel to and from the school not only by a car but by train as well. The railway station is just 5 minutes away from the School. Once you decide to visit the school you can also visit the Aliartos Gardens, a dream place in the heart of the city where trees, flowers, and fresh air abound. The restaurants in this area will satisfy all appetites and if you wish to spend the night there is a 3 star hotel in Alliatros and 5 star hotels in Livadia, 15 minutes away.
THE ACTIVITIES THAT HATZIS WATER SKI PARADISE OFFERS
Slalom for all levels, from beginners to professionals, tricks, Wake board, Barefoot and Wake skate.
The school has two slalom courses (record capability), three NAUTIQUE 196 with zero-off perfect pass equipped with bars for learning barefoot-skiing and Wake board. The school offers full equipment for all ages and all levels. Moreover at the Pro shop of the school you can find a wide variety of summer and water skiing products. To make your visit to the school even more pleasant we offer you a refreshments area, Beach Volleyball, ping-pong, trampoline, wooden mini-soccer, and canoeing. Our physiotherapist is ready to be of help in case he is needed.
Kaiafas
Located at Lake Kaiafas in the Peloponnese, Greece, Kaiafas Water Ski Resort (KWSR) is every skier’s paradise. Only 250 kilometers from Athens and about 80 kilometers from Kalamata airport, KWSR is open
all-year round as the lake’s water temperate and conditions are idyllic for all skiing levels.
The perfect skiing conditions and the sea located only 200 meters from the site in combination with Hotel Olympia on the isle right at the lake, make KWSR the perfect destination for one’s vacations. The area is surrounded by sights and places of interest, such as the Kaiafas Thermal Springs, Ancient Olympia, the Nenda Waterfalls and the historic town of Pylos. Around the lake, numerous Greek tavernas will impress you with the traditional food they have to offer. Apart from skiing, visitors at KWSR can also indulge in massages, use the on-site sauna, enjoy bike rides and go walking around the lake’s picturesque natural surroundings.
Numerous international ski meets (such as the Open European Championship in 1997 and the Kaiafas International in 2005) as well as a number of nationwide tournaments (like the Michailides Master which takes place on a yearly basis) have been hosted at Lake Kaiafas in the past. KWSR has two NAUTIQUE boats and provides all equipment necessary for slalom skiing, tricks, barefoot and wakeboarding.
George and Tassos Hatzis, both European champions and holders of several national records, are the principal coaches at KWSR. Owners of HATZIS WATERSKI PARADISE ski school in Aliartos, Greece, George and Tassos Hatzis have trained many national, European and worldwide ski champions as well as foreign athletes who hold national records in their respective countries.
Chalkida
Our Ski School " Ski to Glory" is 70km away from the City center of Athens and only '30 minutes from nothern suburbs.
We are open all the year and you can do variety of extreme water sports.
The school has two boats Nautique for ski and one AirNautique for Wakesurf and Wakeboard.
You can do: ski, wakesurf, wakeboard, tubes and barefoot.
We have a Tropical beach bar with coffee, breakfast, fresh salads, beverages and refreshing coctails.
Also you will find our pro Shop with all the equipment about ski and clothes with our label.
